Quotation and payment
Portal totals are estimates until Luxecore reviews files, specifications, packaging and destination. Production begins after the final quotation, file approval and payment confirmation.
Customer approval
The customer is responsible for final dimensions, crop, spelling, page order, delivery information and permission to reproduce submitted artwork. Low-resolution work produced after explicit approval may not qualify for quality-related replacement.
Colour and materials
Screen appearance varies by display and environment. Reasonable variation may occur between batches, substrates, surface finishes, paper, leather and other physical materials.
Custom work and cancellation
Custom sizes, CNC shapes, custom covers and personalized materials may become non-refundable after production preparation begins. Confirmed timing is an estimate and excludes courier or customs delay.
Before public launch
These are operational draft terms. Final legal terms, governing law, tax treatment, customs responsibility, returns and warranty language should be reviewed for Luxecore’s selling entities and target markets.
