Quotation and transit
Shipping is confirmed after final size, quantity, backing, destination and packing requirements are known. Large-format work may require reinforced packaging or a dedicated freight quotation.
Address and delivery checks
The recipient name, street address, postal code, country and contact phone must be complete. Customers are responsible for checking local import requirements and providing information requested by the courier.
Damage and delivery issues
Inspect the package promptly. Photograph the exterior, shipping label, internal packaging and finished work before discarding any material, then contact the Luxecore production team.
