Information we use
Luxecore processes account details, recipient and shipping information, uploaded artwork, production specifications and order communications in order to quote, manufacture, deliver and support your work.
Account security
Email addresses are confirmed before an email account becomes active. Passwords are stored as one-way salted hashes rather than readable text. Verification emails are delivered through our transactional email provider, which receives the customer name, email address and one-time verification message for that purpose.
Artwork files
Original files are treated as customer production assets. Access is limited to services and team members required for file review, production and support. We do not use customer artwork for marketing or model training without separate permission.
Website analytics
We use first-party operational analytics to understand page visits and improve the ordering experience. These records can include visit time, page, referring website, country, device and browser type, plus a shortened IP address that does not retain the final network segment. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Retention and deletion
Order records may be retained for repeat production, accounting and support. Customers may request deletion of unused uploaded files, subject to active orders and legal record-keeping requirements.
